Happy Diwali

The festival of lights popularly known as Deepawaili  is athe most significant festival celebrated in India. According to Hindu calendar calculation, the date of Diwali falls on 15th day of the dark fortnight in the auspicious Hindu month of Kartik or the month of October/November in English calendar. This Diwali day falls on the amavasya or the no moon day. Diwali usually  comes 20 days after the popular festival of Dussehra or Vijaya Dashmi.  
Diwali is celebrated with great happiness, everyone waits for this festival celebration. The day is well celebrated with love, togetherness and happiness. Everyone decorate their homes, place of work and worship Goddess Lakshmi ji and God Ganeshji and seek their blessings for prosperous , happy and peaceful future. The day is marked as the victory of good over evil. It is also  considered important and celebrated as on this day Lord Rama returned after 14 years of banishment, his return is welcomed and celebrated with lighting of lamps, diyas , exchanging warm wishes, gifts and sweets.

Diwali is also an official holiday and people put their best effort to enjoy and celebrate the popular festival with their family and friends. The dark and sparkling night is full of decorative and bright lights that raise a great hope for all and this  brightness  is celebrated with joy.
