EliHeat: reduces production time, increases profits for injection molders!

Injection Molding is a versatile plastic processing technique which is used for manufacturing a wide range of products, which would be difficult to manufacture, otherwise.

Injection molded products often have asymmetric, complicated shapes and require molten plastic to be injected into a mold. Generally, the injection molders, first preheat the polymer granules and then put them into the hopper.

However, this preheating is done only to remove the moisture present in the polymers. If this moisture is retained, it can cause severe surface defects in the final product.

But otherwise, the preheating process is time and energy consuming and results in a lot of down-time, as it usually takes a couple of hours to preheat the mixture.

Vin Industries' EliHeat is a high performance additive specifically developed to eliminate preheating.

When mixed with the polymer blend, it reacts with the trapped moisture and forms stable compounds which remain in the product and give their full weight to it.

EliHeat mixes readily with the polymers. The entire mixing process takes no more than 5 to 7 minutes.

Also, very little quantity of EliHeat is required for the process. The ideal percentage of EliHeat is recommended to be 2.5 percent.

With this little dosage, one can save the preheating time, manpower handling cost and electricity.
